Map and description of the conference venue

ISRERM 2022 is hosted at the Leibniz University's "Conti-Campus". The name of this university location at Königsworther Platz 1 comes from the former use of the buildings. These were erected in 1952/1953 as the administrative headquarters of the tire manufacturer Continental to a design by the Hanoverian architecture professor Ernst Zinsser. Previously, a barracks had been located there.

A striking feature is the 65-meter-high high-rise building, now a protected monument, which has been a focal point of urban development on the newly constructed Ringstrasse since the 1950s. In good weather, there is a wide view over the Hanover region from the 14th floor.
